  • There are some things that management is doing ok with but I honestly would not be renewing my lease next year. I've seen a lot over the last 3 years of living here but the worst part of everything are the people they contracted to do the renovations, a couple of their regular maintenance people, their front office staff & the constant issues with water leaks & shutting water down. Point in question....the leak that has been in front of my building for over a month now, if not longer. It's ridiculous. You are trying to turn the complex into something it's not, upscale. You charge way to much for the renovated units and it's a shame.
