  • Update: A tech came out same day and took care of the tuneup. Very happy now. I Called for a tune up appointment. Was told someone would have to call me back. They never did. I called again, this time I was told a tech would be out within 2 hours. Nope! Didn't happen. Rather than waste a Saturday waiting on them, I cancelled the appointment and now have another company coming out. Very poor customer service!
