  • First, upon entering the restaurant, which was not busy, it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and get us seated. Once we were seated we told the server we were in a rush and if that was a problem. He instructed us on what was best to order in a rush. We placed our order immediately, just 2 of us and a very simple order. After 25 minutes the sushi roll came out and 5 minutes after that, the edamame. I asked about my meal and he said any minute. He had already brought us our bill and I paid. 5 minutes later he came to tell me that my chicken had not even been "dumped in the fryer yet." I immediately asked him to refund my credit card. He didn't even comp our meal and was quite rude about it. For the restaurant being over half empty and it being a Monday night, there was no excuse and I left without ever getting dinner. Horrible service and would never go back.
