I am writing this on account of the customer service and constant appointments cancelling and rescheduling. I understand they only do aeration services on fridays but when it gets rescheduled a night before the service is supposed to happen, I get a bit irritated. When it happens again the following week and reschedules for 2 more following Friday's saying that per their recommendation that my lawn isn't ready when they haven't even seen it? I am paying them for a service and the quality of my lawn and especially small size shouldn't effect their decision to take care of the job. Grade "A" customer service would have let me know atleast a few days prior to the appointment to reschedule and at least have the courtesy to CALL your customers. Don't leave an email with some BS excuse.
