  • worst expirience i have ever had renting a car the people here dont know anything about their jobs. i came to cleaveland on vacation with my gf. we reserved the car and payed online. when it came to pick up the car the horrible woman at the front desk didnt know how to run a card properly, she told us the wrong amount that was due and blocked off the card from the system, now we cant even pick up the car i already payed for. she made us wait 3 hours if you come here the will waste your time and steal your money. worst costumer service i have seen in my life. i will never be using buget car in my life.
