  • OMG, my home warranty company used this company and when they called to schedule appointment, it was JULIE, she was very abrupt, not nice and did not want to listen. She said, your fridge is broke, I said "NO, my ice maker is not working from another repairman that was out. Oooohhhhhh, was she mean. I said, well that is okay I read the yelp reviews and it must be true what is written, she started yelling at me and said well, we won't be coming to your house, I said that is fine, I didn't want you anyway as I had questioned why these fly by night companies are being assigned to claims. Oh well, honestly there is not one good company that is serviced by home warranty companies is there?
