They have a display right at the door to show that they make their noodles fresh. I think that is their selling point but I didn't taste any different except that the noodles don't stick together. The broth is salty. The meat is thin. Compare to other ramen place, they are missing the usual toppings such as marinated bamboo and egg. To add one egg, it is $1.50 extra which bring one bowl of simple noodle to over $10. The place is small but with not too long of a wait. This place is very average and the value is not good. I guess it is good for locals who don't like to drive far or wait too long. I will not come again because the food is very average and not competitive.
