I stopped in at 11:00 on a Wednesday, starving from my flight and wanted a decent salad and selection to get me going. They were in the middle of rotating breakfast foods out and bringing in lunch items which was fine.Heard good things about this buffet but it was ehhh at best. The salad bar only had a handful of items and the romaine was obviously packaged and not washed from the bag, there wasn't any beef only ham and pork that was already sliced(and dried out after just being put out, how do you pull that off?)the deserts had more cookie choices than pies or cakes, had to get my own drink (which I'm still not sure if that was ok or not)but I was thirsty. The Mexican station was passable and they had nice looking breads tho I didn't try them. Overall I say forget this buffet, there's way better options in Vegas and on the strip!!!
