  • I am the one of whom gave this company a poor review. I received a call from the company owner apologizing for my experience with their inspector. I was told this particular inspector is no longer with the company. Again, the owner was very apologetic for my experience and assures me, it will not happen again. I believe him. He was very humble on the call and has very kindly offered to reimburse us for the inspection. As a business owner, he went "above an beyond" to reach out to me. I will be more than willing to give them another try.
