  • Like the other reviewer, moved here and was clueless about my water softener. UWS were extremely helpful, answered my questions (and made suggestions) over the phone, and didn't push at all for a service call. I scheduled a service call so that I could learn how to operate the system, check the settings, confirm the salt level, etc. The technician was very helpful, had the unit's service history, answered all my questions, checked everything, and the entire experience gave me a lot of comfort that I have a well-working system that I can effectively maintain! Excellent experience.
