  • This was my first experience with DMS Plumbing, and it was fantastic! My upstairs guest bathtub drain was backing up and draining soooooo slowly. TJ was prepared to snake it out but discovered it was a simple fix instead. He was able to retrieve a lump of hair and building materials (i.e., goo) that was the culprit. All in all, a 5-minute fix. He even removed my drain plug, inspected and adjusted it a bit; then reinstalled it. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained a bit on how drains work for me. I will definitely use DMS Plumbing again should the need arise!
