  • This company lacks professionalism and service. Management just boosts on how long they have been in business! I'm a small business owner and would never take that approach to smooth over lack of quality service. They are extremely expensive and do not stand behind their model"Making a world of difference", instead, they hire technicians that are not knowledgeable or poorly trained exterminators. Every time they come out to rid wasps, hornets, or bees, they say they have to call their manager , act like they don't want to do the job, and come ill prepared without sufficient spray! One technician ran from the hornets as he was spraying & then, ran out of the chemical! He said that's all he can do! Today, I called for bee service in my date palm, and as usual, the technician came out, looked at it & said he could not do anything! Their advertisement clearly states they do bee removal, bugs,wasps, spiders, and so on....but, can not fulfill their their contractual agreement for $495 a year and $65 per service! What am I paying for if I'm not getting the service? My contract ends on 9-11-2014 and spoke with a supervisor/manager today to terminate services today! Did he suggest a 2 month credit for ending it early? Of course not! Please do not use this service, it was a tough, ruthless company to deal with at the start and did not get any better!
