  • We sent flowers to our mom for mother's day. We ordered them in advance and to be delivered on the Friday before mother's day so she could enjoy them all weekend. It's mother's day, the end of the day, and she still hasn't received any flowers. The customer service representative was nice but only offered to put in an inquiry in with the florist. Their customer service was unable to help me. I have no answers, no flowers, and am down some money.
