  • I wish I could post a picture of the line in PIT I just went through on your page. Preferred and First Class line was set up but there was no one working it!! As a preferred member I would be embarrassed to be this company the way they treat their preferred (Gold, Platinum, Chairmans) customers. Unfortunately I have to fly them at this red hot moment. Most of my miles are with them and I have "preferred" status with them, for what it's worth!
