  • We never got a chance to meet the infamous Dr. Mendoza. We had a 4:40 PM appointment and left at 6:10 PM without being seen when I realized there was still a room ahead of us. I don't mind waiting when I need a last minute appointment with a sick kid, but make me wait when I made an appointment weeks ago is beyond unprofessional. Stop putting up with this, people!
