I'll start off by saying this studio has excellent instructors. I take my toddler to ballet here. I've tried other ballet studios , and this one by far is the best one my little one has attended. I am however bothered by the fact that I do not get notified when classes are cancelled or moved until I actually get to the studio. At this point I have gotten up early on my day off , gotten my child ready, and driven down to the studio , to then be notified that the class has been canceled and it moved . I have given my phone number and email a total of 3 times now. I hope this will not continue to be an issue moving forward . But if that where not enough the automatic pay that is set up to charge you on a monthly basis .... (At least in my case) Does not. This has resulted in me now calling and asking them to charge my account. I've been coming to this studio for aprox. 3 months now. And I do hope that these problems are resolved in the near future. As id like my daughter to continue to attend this studio. I'd be more than happy to update my review being that my experience better in time.
