  • Horrible first time experience. Firstly let me say, the store looked very clean and well kept. But the bar attendant was horrible. She didn't smile not once, and had a horrible attitude the entire time while preparing our specialty drink. We made a point to stop here specifically because we wanted to try the dry ice goblets flavored candy passion fruit. Not once was I told they ran out of DRY ICE or that they were sorry. I have visited other Sugar Factories in Atlantic city NJ, and NYC NY and they are much better. IF you suffer the same subpar customer service here in Las Vegas, please don't let this particular location draw you away from the real Sugar factory experience in another state.
