If possible i would have given '0' rating ... i have reserved the car by calling Hertz and Hertz representative booked the car for me ..i have got an email also with the details of the price which the representative told me and all other details .. but when i reached Hertz counter at airport in the night 1:00 AM the lady at the counter was arguing with me saying that thats not correct and she charged me 130 $+ Tax more than what the Hertz representative was told me or mentioned in the email .. i have shown my email also but still she didnt agreeing with that and she gave Hertz manager phone number .. i have called more than 100 times but no one answered the call .. why these ppl charged me more than what they have quoted .. thats really bad .. Hertz is such a big company and doing these silly things may lead Hertz into some bad shape ... i have also sent an email to customer service regarding this .. but no one replied ... i need justice for this
