  • I ordered almost a month ago and have yet to receive anything. I have continuously tried calling them only to get hung up on or a voicemail that is "full". The so-called manager, Greg, guaranteed my delivery on 5 different days which obviously has yet to happen. Finally, I got through to someone because I was waiting for my delivery for a few hours only to be put on hold for about 20 minutes. She then got back on the phone to tell me that she has no idea where the drivers are but will call me back in 15 minutes. Naturally, I get suspicious but wanted to see if she really meant it. 35 minutes goes by which is now 8:15pm and she calls me. Her excuse is "the delivery truck got a flat tire and can guarantee your delivery tomorrow". Needless to say my patience ended there. I spoke for about 5 more minutes with things I cannot mention on here. Please avoid at all costs. This place has to be the worst customer service I have ever gotten and the furniture was very expensive. Never again.
