  • Another horrible experience here. I wish our company would stop coming. Should we ever have meetings here again, I'll stay somewhere else. Waited at pool bar for several minutes before some other guests told me it wasn't staffed. I had checked with the front desk about pool location and they didn't bother to mention that pool bar was closed. There's no sign up at the pool bar indicating it was closed. It was during normal pool-bar hours. I literally had one hour of free time at this convention that I could spend relaxing with a drink at the pool and I was very much looking forward to it. Poor management has left the hotel unable to provide advertised services; and not so much as a heads up. I considered ordering room service to the pool and refusing room service charges, and then decided this place doesn't deserve my money at all. I'm already booked in for the convention, but I'll drink and eat elsewhere during my stay.
