| - Where to start?! Perhaps, starting off by saying that my two furbabies are my life. Therefore, being that I completely adore my babies, I am SOOOO nervous, skeptical, overly paranoid and cautious as to who I leave my babies with.
I'm from California and Vegas is always a getaway place for me. It's nice to have finally found a place where I can leave my babies and enjoy my time in Vegas.
I did a lot of research and read many reviews for many boarding places in my neck of the woods and in Vegas. Even though Pawsh has 28 prior reviews, you can be rest assured they are all legit! I read each and every review on yelp and I started following them on Instagram. I totally went through all their pictures posted on IG and watched their daily insta-stories for several days. I actually started getting excited for them to be a part of it. From what I saw on IG and read on yelp, it looked like a mini vacation for them. It seemed like the staff was very involved with the pups, they interacted with them, and the place looked so modern, clean and fun! We decided to take a chance and without taking a tour beforehand, we booked our trip.
Upon arrival it was as expected! Perfect! I'm also very weird about the location. If I don't like the location, i will turn away, but Pawsh is located in a very great location and it was literally up the street from where we were staying (the Wynn). I was excited, of course I asked a lot of questions and we got a tour. This place is SO cute! It's clean, and it smells so good when you walk in. The staff is so sweet, we were only in contact with Patricia, but she was more than enough. She was so sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. She was accommodating and understanding. I was very pleased with the suite they were going to stay in and the play area where they were going to play in was awesome! Spacious for them to run around!
The most important thing is that they have someone there 24/7, that's 100% important. They don't have doggie cameras, which was the only bummer, but it's actually not a horrible thing because having access I'd be checking all the time and I wouldn't be able to enjoy myself. BUT they do text you pictures. I liked that they communicated with me via text or if I wanted to see them, I'd text the number and bam, I'd get a pic or video of my babies. Both nights I got a goodnight text and it was very sweet, it gave me a sense of peace. They are amazing here! One of the nights one of my babies threw up and they told me about it, and offered to give them pumpkin to sooth their tummies. I appreciated that they told me first off, but secondly that they cared to make them feel better. Thank you Pawsh!
It's always tough trusting anyone with your fur baby, but I'll be back! This place gained my trust and when I picked up my babies, they were so happy and soooo pooped!
