We lived here for ten months. The grounds are pretty with the ponds and ducks. Lots of walking trails and a decent price for what you get. Make sure to read the lease carefully! They only give you two days to pay rent and if it's late there is a $75 late fee which I think is an absurd amount. It's very frustrating when you are a good person who pays their rent and bills on time and is one day late due to being on vacation. Then get a $75 late fee tacked on to the rent. It also states that you need to give them 60 day notice before moving out. All other complexes I've rented from have contacted me a month or two before my lease is done. I assumed this was the same, but apparently if you don't tell them you plan to leave then your lease automatically continues on a month to month basis. If I sign a ten month lease, I expect it to be done in ten months. We ended up having to pay double rent for a month for our new place and an extra month at Lakeview for not giving them enough notice. I don't feel like it would be too difficult to send a reminder email or something, but I think it's part of how they just get more money out of you. I usually don't get too mad about things but I was completely fed up with this place by the time we left.

To comment on the response below from lakeveiw apartments- we moved out in 2016 so the dates presented are completely false and we definitely did not receive an email reminder when we did live there.
