I trekked all the way up to Yorkdale to go to Thyme. My Mum had got me a gift card for Christmas and there are only 2 locations in Toronto. The one downtown is in the underground PATH system and is super duper tiny. Hardly room to swing a nursing bra in that place. So Yorkdale Thyme had to be better. And I'm glad it was. I was still surprised that it was a lot smaller than the one I went to in Ottawa. Yorkdale seems like the mall of giant stores.
When it comes to buying new clothes I just crash into a store and try everything on. I never know what will look good once I try it on, especially now! The salesperson was really friendly and very patient with me. The prices are a bit on the steep side, especially considering that you'll only be wearing them for a few months. But the fabrics are nice and soft on my extra sensitive skin and the cuts or so flattering! It really makes all the difference to buy something that actually fits your changing figure, instead of something that just makes you look pudgy. There are usually a few in store sales, so you can hit the sales rack to find some good deals.
