  • This is the worst experience I've ever had in any kind of business period. Let me start off by saying I have been (was) a frequent shopper at this store...About a month ago my bf and I were shopping and browsing like usual when the manager walked up and stated that we are not welcome in their store any more and if we come back ever it will be trespassing!!!! When I asked why she said that she does not have to give me a reason and she handed me a number to call. When I called the number it was their H.R department. I explained the situation and also how I have several receipts proving I spend a lot there and shop frequently. The guy called me back claiming it was a mistake and that I'm welcome back but my bf is not because his choice of words when we were being kicked out. The lady was literally walking on his heels and he said "I'm leaving you f,$@?+&% store get the f+%' off me." This store is a joke and obviously needs to work some issues out. I Will never step foot in a goodwill again. It's a shame.
