  • Update of my previous review regarding the cake with the letters "william" The owner sent me a private email regarding this review and she was very professional in handling the situation. First, she acknowledged the $35 charge for the letters and even said this was a miscommunication on their part. I like how she took responsibility for this although i also felt that I lacked instructions as well and just expected the letters to be similar to the "torii" letters. Anyway, she offered me $35 credit to use to their store! I was so thrilled by this because I regularly get cupcakes from them. This is almost The same as refunding my $35. And if they did, i would have used It in their store anyway. Overall i am Still pleased with the customer service tiffany provided me. Thank you again peridot!
