  • I absolutely love their Ropa Vieja also known as "old clothes." Thinking about the aromatic blend of spices combined with the shredded beef that's been simmered to perfection is making my mouth water right now! Very reasonable prices and a nice tapas selection as well. Cuba Cafe is a great place to go eat if you want to avoid the high prices and obnoxious crowds down on the Strip.
