  • I was able to get a tech, Jobab, out within an hour later in the evening to diagnose my air conditioner blowing warm air, turns out the unit shorted out during the day. Alaskan was able to come out the next afternoon and replace the furnace and air conditioner. They lay down drop clothes throughout the house to make sure they keep everything clean which is greatly appreciated. Jobab was also able to recommend adding a damper in the duct work and a second thermostat upstairs since my attic space was not big enough for two units when I asked how I could keep my upstairs cooler without making it too cold downstairs by running the air conditioner for long periods of time. Glad I called them and will always use them in the future.
