  • Amazing! So much better than Flemings and the like. I didn't expect it to be all that great what with the 3 stars here on yelp but shulas truly surprised me with quality and flavor. We started with calamari fries. They were the best calamari I've had. Perfectly seasoned with great dipping sauces. They were just seasoned enough without being overly salty. Our appetizer came out lightening fast. We ordered filet mignon and crab cake for the entrees along with sides of crab mac & cheese and twice baked potato. Let me start by saying that the mac & cheese was outstanding. That was definitely my favorite part of the meal. It was garlic-y, cheesy and delicious with plenty of crab chunks. The crab cakes also had a lot of crab in it unlike other places that have a lot of breading. The massive twice baked potato was good and flavorful. The filet mignon was great. Overall a splendid experience. We went a bit after they opened on a Saturday so we did not have a problem with waiting for our food to come. We'll definitely be back!
