  • I was very unhappy with this place! When making the appointment I asked if my insurance was accepted and was told they would verify before my first appointment. I asked the receptionist twice at my first appointment if my insurance was accepted and she said she would let me know at my next appointment. I decided to call my insurance company and they confirmed that they would not cover Dr. Goldberg. I called to inform them that I would not be returning due to my insurance and they knew all along that my insurance wouldn't cover the visit.. There are only two receptionists at this place. The younger one is extremely unprofessional. She is the one that failed to inform me that my insurance wouldn't cover visits. During my visit I heard her talking about other patients in a very unprofessional way. I am not sure how she is employed in what is supposed to be a professional setting! Dr. Goldberg was okay. He was very nice, but seemed anxious to finish my eval and get me scheduled for another appointment. The atmosphere in the office isn't the most relaxing either. That being said, I found another chiro and was much happier with the experience! Unfortunately I was billed for my "eval" with Dr. Goldberg! It's over $100 for 15 minutes of nothing..
