  • This was my first time buying a car from Carmax. I had been stalking their online inventory for the last few months to see what I liked. I found that the no haggle prices were actually very good. When it finally came time to buy, it was refreshing to not have to "play it close to the vest". Our sales rep Helen was great to work with. After looking at several Highlanders on the lot, I eventually found one online that I felt fit our needs just a little bit better. Helen was able to get it shipped out from CA, and made it quite clear that if we didn't like it when it arrived, no big deal. It was everything we wanted, so we did but it. During the shipping, it got a bit scratched, so they had it fixed at no cost. Throughout the whole process, it seems as though my complete satisfaction was their goal. I'll definitely be buying my next car at Carmax (just hopefully not for a long time)
