  • RUINED my $5,000 leather couch beyond repair. Promised to be restored to its original stain. Instead a paint-like finish was brushed on leaving it look like a cheap vinyl couch with brush strokes (see before/after pics). Asked for a $545 refund, but was refused because John said it looked great and that he did a great job. He did not do a great job. Quality Shoe Repair destroyed my couch where it cannot be refinished or repaired. It was a family heirloom that has been forever ruined. Be very careful, John promises you the world, but his standards of "quality" may be much different, and lower, than yours. AVOID. Go to ColorGlo instead.
