  • The owners are a really nice couple and you can tell immediately that they care about your pet's comfort. For $55 full grooming with a bath and nail clipping, I was satisfied. To the previous reviewer's point, some of the typical terms like "puppy cut" or "teddy bear face" might not work here. I guess this might be down to experience or the terminology that majority of the clientele use. They said they'd find a style that matched my dog and my miniature schnauzer came back looking cute as ever. There are a few areas for improvement. The cut around the face was uneven and some fur around the feet was left tangled (I would have thought a shower, brushing, and/or cut would have solved this). Aside from those two things and adding in the fact that they have a convenient online booking system, I thought they did a good job.
