  • Under normal circumstances, I don't shop here and I definitely don't agree with their business practices, but the few times I've gone have been hell on earth. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Impossible to find someone competent enough to help you and things aren't logically organized in the store so OF COURSE it's necessary to ask someone for help. A perfect example of this is when I was looking for parchment paper for a baking project. I searched near the aluminum foil where it logically would be but it was nowhere to be found. There's about 50 different kinds of aluminum foil but no parchment paper. I asked a couple of employees where the parchment paper was. They looked at each other like I was an idiot and one of them told me it was with school supplies. When I told them it was for baking, not actual paper, they told me it was with party decorations. So we go to the party section, and lo and behold, there is the parchment paper! Sadly, this is actually what I consider one of my best experiences at Walmart...
