  • Total joke of a store. Website clearly advertises a 30 minute oil change with an appointment, but when you arrive you are told they are over an hour behind and the 30 minute guarantee is in fact not a guarantee, smirking all the time. No problem will never go to Pep Boys again due to their blatant false advertising.
