  • For a purchase as important as a home, look elsewhere for your inspection. I only used this company based on my realtor's suggestion. I suspect the realtor will cease referring clients to this place since the realtor witnessed the inspection...lack there of... Windows weren't installed properly - they don't close and cannot be locked, inspector didn't even open a single window to find this out, couldn't even tell me what seer rating the ac was... I have purchased previous homes and of all the inspectors I have used in the past this place would rank dead last. Terrible customer service - front office woman is rude, rude and did I mention rude? The inspection was very much a "checkbox" type of inspection, he was just going through the motions and not really inspecting anything for the benefit of the home buyer, he was just concerned about completing a report that ended up being a very expensive shred pile.
