  • This place is impressively fast to reply and be on route. No air conditioning during a summer in Vegas is NOT gonna fly for long. It heats up quickly and is especially concerning when you have a home with pets. We called around and got a few quotes JUST for companies to come out. When we came across Air Done Right, they pretty much asked how soon we could be home to get service complete! Within about 90 minutes of calling, the technician, Jeremy D, was ready to go. He truly went above and beyond to assist. He not only found and resolved the problem, but thoroughly explained what he was doing, why, and provided additional tips to assure the unit ran as it should. We cannot thank Jeremy enough for a speedy job well done! The repair cost was reasonable & we would highly recommend Air Done Right to anyone who needs help ASAP. Jeremy, you are AMAZING!
