  • The HopCat is a Madison, WI pub that has an awesome selection of beers on tap. Both national brands and local ones. It's a big restaurant that was rocking the night I went as it was the Friday before the University of Wisconsin graduation. It was great to see so many families celebrating their kids accomplishment. The food is pretty basic fare and the night I went it was a little slow coming out but that could be due to the large parties that were there. It didn't bother me a bit because I was enjoying the atmosphere. From the look of some of the parents I saw on Saturday morning a lot of them seemed like they had a good time....reliving their college experience. Congrats to all the new Badger graduates.
