We've been regular shoppers at TJ's for years, but it's wearing thin...
Though even several employees can't stand little kids running around with their own shopping carts, & even though we've complained plenty, it still goes on. And the parents are usually not watching them. Keep in mind that TJ's has no coupons or discounts, chooses tiny spaces to open a store, & jacks up the prices when supermarkets do the same.
Yesterday the food sampling was a tiny white cup of 2 TB. of white clam chowder. Yippee! The "chefs" dishing out samples used to be creative & offered up at least a few tablespoons of fare. Come on, you've got pure profit going on here; why not share with your customers?
We came in for 5 items & they were out of 3. The ready made salad had little in substance & for $4.00 not worth it. I am disappointed & wondering if management will start paying attention.
