| - I do not recommend this place. I just moved from the east side to the west so I got on yelp to review a few nail salons and on my way to one that had great reviews, I passed right in front of this place that had a sign in the window which said and I quote"mani & pedi special for $45.00 with FREE GEL.. (Remember $45.00 mani pedi w FREE Gel) I think hmmm well that's a good deal. I usually pay about 55-60 bucks + tip w gel mani glitter and reg pedi. Maybe I'll just stop in there, give them a chance and when they do a fabulous job write a great review! Well exactly the opposite happened. I walk in, I'm the only person in there, I start to browse gel colors and one of the ladies tells me to have a seat and she'd bring the gel colors to me. I sit and she brought over only 2 rows of gels w approx 20 colors. She said do you want both feet and hands gel? I say no just hands. Well after literally having no choice in colors I go with my standard white diamond. Ok so we get started. First of all the water was freezing cold. I have to ask for warm water. Second no one turned on massage chair or asked if I wanted it on. Since they started my hands immediately I had no way to try and figure it out myself. have one girl working on my feet and one on my hands at the same time. I get one coat of gel polish on my toes, and one coat of glitter but on my hands I get three coats of white and 1 coat of glitter plus clear gel.,so that was odd. Before the lady started to pain my toes, I asked her to trim my nails as they were too long to my liking. She said but "oh so pretty". I said yea but I could feel them when I wear gym shoes.. She cut one nail and processed. I DONT like long nails. I notice the 3 ladies in there all wore long nails which is fine, to each there own but why should I have to tell you more then once. Anyway, pedicure done in 20 min. No trim, no real cuticle work and instead of filing she used the electric thing around my cuticles which kept burning.. So fine. I had already made the decision in my head to not come back. Hands were done in about 30ish minutes. Polish Job not great but at least she tried. I could tell it wasn't easy to pain my nails while sitting in pedi chair. Ok so the KIcKer. I go pay and its $75.00.. Waaaattt? I expected 55 because I figured I would pay an extra 10 for the diamond glitter. I said your sign says 45.. Oh well it's with one free Gel not two., so basically I paid 85.00 for a half ass job. Do not go there. They do not care how your nails look and take shortcuts to get them done., not worth it for the price. I guess had they taken there time and did it right, I wouldn't be so irritated
