  • A huge thank you to Black Mountain Air for cooling us down. We had a delay this morning due to the thunderstorms - which was not their fault AT ALL. I actually appreciate that they put their employee's safety first. As soon as the storms cleared up there was a tech en route. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and got the a/c running again for us. I am still waiting for the other three companies we called to call us back and the a/c has been fixed for over two hours now.
