Hire someone to manage your employees. I'm not expecting Nordstrom standards here, but /your employees are very immature and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! I was at the store for maybe 15 minutes. No one greeted us because all three employees that were working were all/just standing behind the counter talking..... I won't even get into detail about some of the disgusting things the two girls (both brunettes) and one very tall and skinny male were talking about very loudly. I was shopping with a 12 year old and it was just embarassing to have a pre-teen in that store listening to all the nonsense your employees were saying. There are plenty of 2nd hand stores in the Scottsdale area and alot of them have much nicer, cleaner things than your NEW location. So, who ever is the person in charge of this store needs to do a little better on managing their employees before you lose any decent customers you may have. Good luck.
