Until coming to Larry Miller, I didn't believe it was possible to have a positive car-buying experience. This dealership has all the attributes of a great car dealership (i.e., the one that we didn't think existed) - non-pushy salesmen who actually know how to speak and have the ability to comprehend your needs, fair and upfront pricing, and varied/high-quality inventory. We contacted a gentleman in the Internet Fleet department regarding trading in our current lease for two cars (I took public transportation when we lived in the Bay Area, but we definitely need two cars here in Phoenix!). He responded quickly and thoroughly to our inquiry and was just as patient and helpful when we arrived at the dealership. Everyone - from the guy who checked out our car for the trade-in to the finance guy who gave us mountains of paperwork to sign - was cordial and kind. On the dealership's website, they say that they want to give customers a "hassle-free" buying experience, but unlike many false promises I've heard from money-grubbing, slick automobile sales "professionals" before, the folks at Larry Miller actually meant it and delivered on their promise. We left with our two cars and a peaceful countenance. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a VW.
