  • The receptionist is very rude and has told several patients that she can't get her work done if people keep coming up to the desk and bothering her. A couple made an appointment for their sick toddler and were skipped over and were told that they never had an actual appt. I've been waiting for 3 hours and there is hardly anyone in the waiting room. I can understand waiting, especially over a holiday, but the rudeness of the staff is completely unprofessional and should be addressed. One person actually complained to the manager who acted like he was too busy to resolve any of the issues. It's like a soap opera in here right now...mutiny at its best! Haha...at least it's making the wait time entertaining!
