| - Never. Ever. Again. I went here with a Living Social deal to get my teeth whitened, and the whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
When I scheduled the appointment, they told me that the office that had the equipment was one that was further then me. So be it, I schedule it for the further location. Two days later they call to tell me the equipment is located at the office closest to me and I made an appointment at the wrong location. Well, first off, you shouldn't tell a new patient they were "wrong". But I reschedule for the office that's closer to me. Kind of worked out anyway.
The day of my appointment, I get a call right when I finish work (an hour before my appointment) letting me know that they're really backed up and asking if I can come in later. I tell them I don't mind a bit, but if I'm coming in later, I need to be seen first because I have another appointment at 5. I'm reassured I'll be the first patient seen since that's when the dentist gets back from his lunch break.
Alright, cool. I show up 15 minutes early, get my paperwork done, they want my insurance even though it won't be necessary since it's already paid for and it's just a whitening. Sure, doesn't matter.
And then I wait... and wait.. and wait. There are kids screaming at the top of their lungs, pushing their siblings around. Their parents don't take them outside. Still waiting. It's been an hour and I remind them that I have an appointment at 5. The girl at the front desk says "Yeah." and looks like she cares not at all. Finally after an hour and ten minutes just waiting, I'm taken back into the room. Then I wait another 15 minutes. Then they begin the x-rays.
Then I wait.. and wait.. and wait for another 30 minutes. At this point, it's been two hours. For X Rays. I have to drive across town during rush hour for my other appointment. I've had 6 hours of sleep over the past couple of days between work and school, and they treat me like my time isn't as valuable as theirs. I could have been sleeping. Or eating. God, at that point I couldn't even remember the last time I sat down to eat.
Those two hours of waiting made me furious! I ended up having to leave to reschedule another day, which, between 55 hours of work per week and school?.. It was almost impossible for me to find the time for the first appointment!
I will never go back here. Nobody cared that I was there for two hours and only got my x-rays done. If they hadn't promised me I'd be first, and it would be fast, and rescheduled me twice, I'd be more understanding.
They also gave me a quote of the work I "needed" done. I was just here for the whitening. I had just been checked out by my dentist of +10 years who said my teeth were in great shape, but they wanted me to get about $600 worth of work done. I guess they liked my insurance.
I will never return to this office. Evaaaarr!!
