  • I'm shocked that the food at this corporate-merchandising tourist trap was quite good. Ya gotta love Sammy Hagar, but I despise chains, for the most part. I noticed that recent reviews are stellar, yet overall the ranking is mediocre for this establishment. Based on my experience, they definitely must have cleaned house and changed up the menu/management. My cilantro jalapeño chicken entree was delicious. Sit outside if it isn't too hot. It's across from the Bellagio fountains and a massive people-watching opportunity.
