  • It's not possible for me to be more complimentary of the services they provided to me and my home. I called a competitor of theirs initially, during normal business hours, and had to leave a message (no live person answering). After waiting multiple business days for a return call, I finally gave up. I searched on Yelp and the Yellowpages and randomly came across this organization. I called, a live person answered (a lost practice nowadays, and took down some initial information. Within a few minutes, a technician called me to clarify and then coordinated a time where he could come out and address the garage door issues. David was great. He didn't give me a window of time, meaning he didn't say "I can be there tomorrow some time between 8am and 4pm" like other companies do. He worked with me to find a specific time on the SAME DAY that would work for my schedule. He showed up on time for the service, repaired what I needed repaired, educated me on proper garage door utilization and maintenance, and most importantly, was a professional the entire time, and provided an overall great service. His rate was extremely reasonable for that kind of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
