I traveled to China a few years ago and discovered soup dumplings. It was difficult finding good American food while there, so the dumpling find was a life saver. Anyway, I was searching for something in Pittsburgh and found Everyday Noodles. The kids and I showed up about 15 minutes after they opened and the wait was already 25 minutes. Once seated we ordered some fried potstickers. They looked a little strange but tasted excellent. Next was the soup dumplings. We ordered a variety to sample. I would say they were just ok. I guess a dumpling can only be so good, but compared to the real deal in China, they were just ok. We finished with an order of red bean paste for dessert. That was good. Not real sweet, like sugar, but good.
