  • I can't believe I haven't written a review for Sweet Republic yet. I initially went for the famous Toffee Banofi but have returned again and again because of their delicious ice cream flavors that are constantly rotating. The Toffee Banofi is totally worth it! In my experience, restaurants that have been featured on the Food Network are typically overrated. Sweet Republic on the other hand, is not! The sundae is large enough to share with someone else. Their salted caramel sauce and toffee brittle are the best and you can't find them anywhere else. I've tried numerous flavors, some of my favorites are: lychee mojito sorbet, banana foster (get it with the toffee brittle or salted caramel sauce), horchata, sweet corn, and pumpkin spice. I've even tried some of the more unusual flavors such as their honey blue cheese and Hop Knot IPA. I've even tried their bacon brittle too, which is surprisingly quite good. The best way to find out about their current flavors is to follow them on Instagram. Go and sample their flavors, they really want you to get the flavor that you're going to enjoy. You won't regret it!
