  • Called to see if they were able to do doing truck rentals after hours and what their policy was- lady on the other line sounded like she hated her life and gave me attitude and pretty much slammed the phone on me. I know it's late but geeze if you're going to be rude to the customer asking a simple question may mean that you're in the wrong business?
