  • This used to be my go to B&M for all of my just and hardware needs, but recently these guys have gone downhill. They used to have a group of guys that would go the extra mile to make sure you were satisfied no matter what, and they would take the time to ask your opinion and base their stock off of what you the customer wanted. Now they have a pretty sad variety of hardware, they push their House juice so hard that they refuse to even acknowledge the higher end lines, and when I asked one of their employees if they stocked a juice that I previously bought from them his response was "dude, that stuffs old". The old team was on top of things, and their old manager even went so far as to deliver some juice to my house 20 miles one evening when they made a mistake on my order. Get back to supporting the customers that support you and maybe I'll consider coming back, until then I'm perfectly fine taking my business elsewhere.
